Frank had been exposed to asbestos while working
as a carpenter and joiner for 4 different companies:
Provis Thorne, HC Janes of Luton,
Carlton Contractors and Allen Fairhead &
Sons.
We were able to trace the employers liability
insurersat the time that Frank had
worked for Provis Thorne and were also able to locate the
successors to the dissolved company H C Janes.
One of
the other
companies, Carlton Contractors, was about to be dissolved but we
managed to delay its dissolution so that Frank could make a claim
for compensation.
Dushal Mehta concluded
the claim in 4
months for £133,750 at no
cost to Frank.

After the claim was settled Frank said:

to and we were always kept informed”.
