On Saturday 21 March 2009, Sam
Critchley and Mark Bowman attended
The Child Brain Injury Trust's ("CBIT") "A Night with the
Stars" evening at the Randolph Hotel in Oxford.
The evening comprised of a gala dinner and awards ceremony,
celebrating the achievements of amazing children, parents and
professionals whose lives have been affected by children with
acquired brain injuries.
As well as recognising the above, the
evening was also a chance for CBIT to raise further funds for their
valuable work in assisting children with acquired brain injuries. A
number of auctions took place with prizes including a holiday
for four to Greece, signed Wayne Rooney and Christiano Ronaldo
football shirts and 2 tickets to watch the Ashes this
Summer.
