Headway North London Pearl Anniversary Art Exhibition &
Auction
On 22 October 2009 we were delighted to host an evening of
Pearls and Fine Art at a Charity Auction and
Exhibition in our offices. The event was a wonderful
success raising in excess of £3000, and was held in order to
celebrate Headway North London's
30th Anniversary.

It was enjoyed by over 100 guests, including Kim Sabido (Headway
Patron), Peter McAbe (Chief Executive of Headway), Colin Shief
(Leading Neurosurgeon and Chair of Headway North London), as well
as lots of members and their families.
Jill Greenfield, Head of our
dedicated Brain
Injury unit, is passionate about this charity and has
been a member of it's committee for many years. Here is what
Jill said straight after the event:

“Tonight was a celebration not only of Headway’s
30th anniversary, but also of the fact that there is
life after brain injury. It is wonderful to be able to highlight
the recoveries of so many brain injury survivors from Headway North
London and see them express themselves through art. We owe a
debt of gratitude to all the artists who donated their
time and talent to helping make this event such a success and
I’m sure the money raised tonight will make a significant
difference to the lives of those affected by brain injury in north
London.”
