round table discussion sponsored by Post Magazine to look at the
future of asbestos litigation in England.

recent years there have been areas where Claimant lawyers and
insurers, have been able to reach some agreement as to the way in
which
mesothelioma claims should be conducted but
there are some areas where more work needs to be
done. Claimants need a strong voice to protect their
interests. There is no doubt that we will continue to face
difficult challenges in the coming years". |
