Mark Bowman's road traffic accident case reported on Lawtel

Mark Bowman's case B v (1) Gary Curtis (2) Andy Crane Transport Ltd has been reported on Lawtel.  

Our client, a 27-year-old woman, received £280,000 for multiple injuries sustained in a road traffic accident in April 2008, including an open fracture to the left tibia and fibula, undisplaced intra-articular fracture to the right distal radius, significant damage to her perineum and massive skin loss. She was required to wear pressure stockings for the rest of her life to manage lymphoedema and carried a five per cent risk of secondary cellulitis. In addition to her physical injuries she suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder which was expected to improve with 20 sessions of CBT.
