Mark Bowman's case of P v Whipps
Cross Hospital has been reported on Lawtel.
Our client, a 27-year-old woman, received £95,000, for the total
hearing loss in her left ear suffered following a stapedectomy
procedure performed in December 2006 to help a hearing condition.
She suffered dizziness, frequent ear infections and more frequent
and severe episodes of tinnitus.
