Before joining the firm in 2009, Dushal worked on a variety of cases involving asbestos related diseases, road traffic accidents, rail accidents and other personal injury claims.

In February 2011, Dushal won a trial at the High Court on Graham's behalf. Graham is suffering from asbestosis. He was exposed to asbestos when he worked for the Ministry of Defence as a lagger.

Recently, Dushal has recovered:

• Damages for Mr Gent who developed mesothelioma because of his work as a contractor at the University of Surrey
• More than £100,000 for James' family after his death from mesothelioma. James' family said that Dushal's approach was sensitive and caring yet always professional.
• More than £100,000 for Frank within four months. Frank contracted mesothelioma as he had been exposed to asbestos while working as a carpenter and joiner for 4 different companies
• £145,000.00 for a widow who lost her husband to mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer after he had been working for his local council as a refuse collector in the late 1970's and early 1980's.
• £162,500 for a widow who lost her husband to mesothelioma having worked with asbestos as a superintendent for Lambeth Borough Council at the public baths.
• Compensation for Mr Wykes who was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2009. He previously worked with asbestos as a carpenter for a small firm known as L & A Freeman in Hinckley in LeicesterLeicester.
• £110,000.00 in a lung cancer case where there were more than 15 employers who had exposed our client to asbestos, not all of whom were insured at the time but full compensation was still recovered
• Provisional damages for Mr Kimber who developed respiratory problems following asbestos exposure
