As head of the catastrophic injury unit Jill handles cases
involving the more serious injuries such as brain injury, spinal
cord injury, serious orthopaedic injury and fatal accidents.
Whilst based in London Jill acts for clients throughout the UK and

Jill is committed not only to achieving excellent awards for

the largest outbreak in the UK from contact with animals. She
represented Amanda Lawson at trial successfully, one of only a
handful of rape cases to be pursued through the civil courts and
which led to the highest ever award of damages in relation to pain
and suffering for a victim of rape by an English Court. She has
campaigned extensively for financial support for victims of
terrorism and was shortlisted for The Lawyer, Pro bono team of the
year award. Her cases have been reported widely in the media
and she has appeared on a variety of TV documentaries and news
programmes including Fiona Bruce, Real Lives; Trevor
McDonald, Tonight and has been on BBC, ITV, Sky news, Channel 4 and
the Today programme.
