• £400,000 for an elderly lady who suffered catastrophic injuries following a cancer diagnosis delay
• Damages for Stephen, who was left in a persistent vegetative state following a procedure at St Mary’s Hospital, London, in 2006
• £300,000 in compensation for an art lecturer at Southgate College who suffered major injuries when he was hit by a falling tree

Mark’s cases are regularly reported on Lawtel and Clinical Risk, for whom he also writes articles. Mark is a regular contributor to London Cyclist, the magazine of the London Cycling Campaign.

Mark’s cycle injury practice has been featured in the Times Law Supplement and his cases have regularly featured in the national and regional press. Mark has been interviewed on regional and national radio and television.

Mark is a member of AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents), the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, and a Senior Litigator within APIL: (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers)
