and personal injury department, Richard
has more than 30 years experience acting for those injured through
negligence or accidents.

and clients and “his dedication and insight enable him to get

Richard has acted in leading cases in the
Court of Appeal and in the House of Lords. He and his team have
acted for the Trustees of the vCJD Trust since early 2002.
He is an Assessor on the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence
Panel, and a member of Action for Victims of Medical Accidents
(AVMA). He is the former chair of the Forum of Complex Injury
Solicitors.
