Inquest into the death of Mr Barrie Hepburn

We are representing Susan Hepburn at an inquest into the death of her husband, Barrie Hepburn. Mark Bowman, senior associate in our medical negligence department has issued a statement on Mrs Hepburn's behalf.

Mark Bowman, solicitor at law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse, is representing Susan Hepburn, Barrie Hepburn’s widow.

Mark Bowman has issued the following statement on behalf of his client:

“My client is deeply saddened by the death of her husband to whom she had been happily married for over 25 years.  She has lost a very special person in her life and her son James has lost his father. 

We welcome this inquest which will carefully examine what happened and will ascertain the exact circumstances that led up to Mr Hepburn’s death in August last year.  My client and her son have been through a considerable ordeal and ask that you respect their privacy at this difficult time.”
